Getting support is easy.

We offer 1:1 support services to anyone affected by recent antisemitism and the crisis in Israel. Our clinicians are volunteer-based professionals who provide quality crisis support for English speakers. Let us help you connect with one of our clinicians who meets your needs and is available to see you, online or in person.

How it Works

Step 1 - Browse our directory of clinicians.

Step 2 - Find a time that works for you and book a session.

Step 3 - When the time comes, join the session from your computer browser or phone.

  • All sessions are offered by volunteer mental health professionals who wish to help those struggling due to concerns around antisemitism and the crisis in Israel.

  • Start by booking one session and if you and the clinician agree that more than one is needed, you can book an additional several sessions up to a total of four sessions.

  • Therapy is a regular series of meetings with a professional where you talk and work on feeling better in the long term. It may involve working at the root cause of an issue and may involve diagnosis. On the other hand, a support session with a mental health professional is more like a quick chat where you can get immediate help and support for something bothering you right now.

  • If you have any concerns or questions, contact our support team by emailing clientsupport@achievebh.org
